Exit Zero, as well as the other marks and designs and graphic elements of the site itself are the trademarks, copyrights, and/or service marks (registered or common law) of Exit Zero. These items may not be used in any manner that may cause consumers confusion. The only exception would be the use of our product images for promotion of our art or products on personal websites, blogs, or online or printed portfolios which is allowed but we ask that with these items online, you provide a link to our store. Some of the names of companies (such as Comfort Colors and American Apparel) and some of the products (such as The First Resort) on this site may be the trademarks or service marks of other owners besides Exit Zero.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard and payments via Paypal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Security of Data

We process, collect and store personally identifiable information using technology which encrypts the information sent to us via the Internet and is secured against unauthorized access on our server. This is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, and/or managerial safeguards.

Domestic Shipping

All of our subscriptions are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. With the exception of orders placed on Saturday, all orders will be shipped the next day. With Priority Mail, that means you should receive your package within 3 business days or less. If you live on the East Coast, you will most likely receive your package(s) in 1 or 2 days.

We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.

International Shipping

We will ship your package anywhere in the world for $30. All international packages are sent via USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery time ranges from 5-9 days depending on how efficient your country’s custom agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

General Provisions

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts in the State of New Jersey located within or nearest to Cape May County. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating such action.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Exit Zero and you with respect to your use of this website. Exit Zero reserves the right to make changes to the site, policies and these terms and conditions of use at any time. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the terms, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or nullified only to the extent necessary to make such provision legal, valid or enforceable, and the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
