With elements of minimalist design, luscious color and repurposed materials, The Days is a brand you can wear kindly. Each piece is made to last, and all crafted from upcycled materials and plant-based textiles.

Owner Alexa D’Amico studied at the Fashion Institute and discovered a passion for ethical practices in sourcing and treatment of employees. A small company that began three years ago has grown into The Days Sustainable Apparel — she and her husband Shaun opened their first store in Cape May in 2022.

The Days’ brand mission is sustainability and perpetuates a vision for men and women who place sustainable practices at the forefront of daily life. Alexa uses her brand to educate and leads with a moral compass. It’s not just about running a business, but making a difference, purchasing with purpose, and considering the future of our delicate environment.

All materials are sourced from the North East and US-based artisans who Alexa works closely with to curate the brand. Clothing and accessories are all made from upcycled or plant-based materials. Their swimwear utilizes a revolutionary fabric that supports the removal of marine debris from our oceans. You can look good and feel good about what you’re putting on your body — you may even learn a little something while you shop!
